Ko Shin Do Martial Art System
Ko Shin Do was created in 2005 by Kwan Jang Troy L. Smith.
Ko Shin Do is recognized by the World Jug Tai Association of Founders. Kwan Jang Smith is recgonized as the founder of Ko Shin Do.
Ko Shin Do is eclectic martial art that combines the principles and disciplines of several martial arts but focus based on Korean traditions. Techniques includes joint locks, pinning techniques, kicking, grappling, weapon training, striking, and much more. We are only limited by our willingness to learn the system of Ko Shin Do. There are 300 base self defense techniques from white - Dan Bo. Ko Shin Do also uses weapons such as long staff, short staff, dan bong, sword and cane techniques.
